Emergency Closure of School

In the event of extreme weather conditions (eg. heavy snowfall), the Local Authority may take a central decision to close all schools. If local conditions are extremely bad, the Headteacher and Chair of Governors may make a local decision to close.

Any such decisions will be made by 6:45am at the latest and then announced through:

• Heart FM
• Radio WM
• Free Radio
• Our school website homepage
• Our school landline greeting message
• Our school X page (formerly known as Twitter)
• MyChildAtSchool app.
